Rates & Insurance

For clients using insurance

If billing insurance, I charge the established rates set by your insurance company.

I am in-network with Providence Health Plan, Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Moda, and Medicaid/OHP's Trillium CCO.

I cannot accept Medicare insurance.

For clients not using insurance

My full out-of-pocket rates are:

  • $200 for an individual therapy session that is up to 50 minutes long

  • $225 for an individual therapy session that is 53 minutes or longer

  • $230 for a family therapy session with a client present (commonly called couples or relationship counseling)

I can provide a "super bill" for clients wishing to submit their claim to their insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement.

For uninsured clients with financial limitations

I offer sliding scale rates for individuals who are committed to counseling and who do not have insurance and cannot afford to pay the full rates listed.  If you would like to request a sliding scale rate, please send me a message.
